Having tested with a presentation deck with included custom fonts, when the presentation is uploaded via Lync 2013 and viewed via Office Web App sadly the custom fonts do not display regardless whether they the font files installed on the client or the Office Web App server.
I am sure there will be a KB in due course.
Embedded video works great though, inserting online videos do not.
UPDATE 1: When a slides has an online video, I receive “Sorry, we can’t play the media in this presentation” error and a link to the following article http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/web-apps-help/play-a-video-in-powerpoint-web-app-HA103361387.aspx
